We had a fantastic time on our trip to Australia and New Zealand. From the first email communication with Zicasso's travel agent, the process was quick and organized, and we knew we were in good hands. Every single airport pick-up, flight, and excursion ran so smoothly and provided us with a wonderful, well-rounded experience, with comfortable stays and friendly staff. I only gave our agent a few "interests,” and all of the experiences were so much fun and exceeded our expectations!

We just got back from a most enjoyable trip to New Zealand, planned by Zicasso's travel agent and her company. She understood what we were trying to cover during this trip and planned the excursions/activities, hotels, and transportation very well.

We started in Queensland and, after Milford Sound, worked our way north through Mount Cook, Christchurch, Rotorua, and Auckland. The company planned each day, with the travel times and activities woven well with appropriate meal times and rest breaks. The guides and pick-ups at each location were prompt and well-informed, and we always knew what to expect at each step of our trip.

We had a couple of issues, one with a day trip for wine tasting and another with the quality of one of the hotels, but our agent responded quickly with a solution.

It was a memorable trip; a fun, enjoyable, and educational introduction to New Zealand, and we would heartily recommend them to anyone planning a trip to New Zealand.

Our agent delivered a top-notch itinerary and followed through during all stages of our trip, from planning and while traveling. I cannot stress enough the level of personal service our agent and her company provided, including a pre-trip call to provide restaurant recommendations for cities we were visiting in Australia, upgrading one of our hotel stays, responding to requests for assistance during the trip, and taking us out to dinner during one of our nights in Nelson. 

Her agency's attention to detail and customer service were superb. We loved our trip and all the adventures she planned for us. I would highly recommend this travel agency and will use them in the future if our travel plans include New Zealand or Australia.

We loved our trip! Zicasso's travel agency planned the most perfect trip for our family of four. They listened to my needs and wants, and created a perfect itinerary. We had some unexpected changes to our itinerary while traveling. Both agents were readily accessible and available, and made changes on the spot. The local tour companies we were connected with were excellent and first-class all the way. We were given extra recommendations for restaurants and activities when we had a day off from touring. Everything was perfect and I cannot thank them enough.

From our arrival to our departure, everything was fantastic! When we travel within the States, we do our own research and planning. However, we knew nothing about Japan (our daughter pushed for this trip). We decided to go “old school”, with a travel agent. We found ours through Zicasso.

The travel agents were great to work with and very responsive to emails. The itinerary was great and having guides for most of our excursions made everything so much more enriching. Especially when it came time for lunch. They know the best places!

We were a little worried about being there over the holidays, but we had no issues, with the exception of the crowds around Hakone for the Ekiden relay race.

Our guide created a slightly modified plan for our day trip in Hakone National Park to avoid road closures so we didn’t miss a thing. It was also a little stressful making sure we could make it back to Tokyo for our return flight with road closures and taxi/bus availability, but everything worked out perfectly with Japan’s wonderful train system.

We would definitely work with Zicasso's travel partner again.

New Zealand and its people were spectacular, as was our trip. We felt well taken care of by Zicasso’s travel agent. He was very responsive to inquiries before and during the trip. Kudos to him for his counsel prior to the trip, advising us to spend time exploring areas like The Catlins. Overall, our expectations were exceeded.
