The trip was fantastic and Zicasso's travel agent did a great job of suggesting activities and excursions that we enjoyed very much. He did a good job of balancing the trip so we never felt overwhelmed or overtired. We loved his itinerary.

Everything about this trip, from the planning process through the final day of the trip itself, was five stars. Zicasso’s travel designer took all of my suggestions and feedback into account to craft an itinerary that was a great mix of activities and downtime.

My travel designer handed me off to another travel agent, who gave amazing suggestions for things to see during our downtime and also gave suggestions for, then subsequently made, reservations for our dinners each evening on vacation. We had two restaurants cancel our dinner reservations and both times the travel company notified us and rebooked us in new restaurants before we even knew about the cancellations!

Our activities were amazing and we had a really wonderful trip.
