Traveling with two teenage girls, accommodations were important to us. Our hotel choices were perfect, spacious, and centrally located. Every tour was perfect, curated, and personal.

Everything was perfect! Every person showed up on time and was very knowleable, and the events our Zicasso tour operator planned were well worthwhile. She heard what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it! I would use our tour company and Zicasso again. The wine tasting deep in the Amalifi hills, led by one of the owners, was very memorable, with his wife cooking a homemade lunch the icing on the cake.

Zicasso's trip planner was great to work with. Her planning was very detailed and well thought out. She kept in touch with us throughout the trip.

Zicasso's travel expert was very helpful in planning and making suggestions for the trip. We were delayed 16 hours out of the US and he took care of our transfer. He responded in a timely manner and was very good at his job.

While in Italy, I did WhatsApp him and he responded quickly. I would recommend his travel company to anyone who wants to go to Italy. He was great.

Some real highlights for us were Herculaneum, the Pantheon, the Vatican, and our unforgettable Capri boat tour. Our guide brought Pompeii's history to life in a way that made it feel like stepping back in time and the Naples street food tour was delicious and nostalgic—her pizza fritta instantly took me back to the calzones I grew up with in Niles, Ohio. Our driver was with us for several days and made every transfer feel effortless.

There was a small hiccup at the very end with a trip planner, but it was minor compared to the overall quality of the trip. The organization, communication, and attention to detail throughout made this a truly memorable experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with this tour agency again. We had a fantastic time and the tour company did an excellent job organizing every detail of our trip.

Our Zicasso travel specialist was great on all the trip recommendations and planning! While we were on our trip, we encountered an airline and train delay, and she was able to move things around to quickly accommodate the scheduling issues. We also requested a few add-on changes, like visiting the Duomo in Milan, and they were able to get tickets quickly. In all, I would definitely use them again!

The trip was absolutely beautiful and well planned. Zicasso's travel expert did a fantastic job and she was on top of everything. She texted me every night with the next day's plans. The only negative aspect of the trip was that the Sorrento hotel had no air conditioning. The rooms and lobby were extremely hot, hovering around 80° day and night.
