It was my first trip to Europe and I was traveling alone. Anna was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, my interests, and stayed within my budget. I was concerned about traveling alone as a woman, and she made me feel very comfortable by arranging all my transportation needs by plane and ferry between the Islands and arranging for my hotels to be within a central location. She also was great with providing me with suggestions for travel destinations and excursions that met my interests in water activities, hiking, and archeological sites. She answered any questions I had and was always available during my vacation if needed. This travel specialist met all my needs. I highly recommend them for travel to Greece and will use them in the future to explore more destinations. 

Our vacation to Greece was perfect. Zicasso’s tour operator really listened to what we wanted and our budget, then put together an ideal package that was just what we were looking for.

She took care of every detail at every step, and the hotels she picked out for us in Athens, Paros, and Santorini were beyond our expectations.

She arranged private tours and transit from point to point with perfect guides and drivers, and even provided restaurant recommendations at every stop.

The view from our hotel in Santorini was like something from a movie; we just could not believe we were in someplace so beautiful.

I would definitely recommend our tour operator to anyone thinking about a Greek vacation.

Zicasso’s travel company did an amazing job identifying locations that delivered the experience we were looking for. We were on our honeymoon and are really thankful for the trip that was put together for us.

We went to Santorini on the first part of our trip and our agent completely delivered on our request to have some privacy and a spot for ourselves while on our honeymoon – a difficult task on such a busy island. We also went to Milos, which had great beaches and a nice, laid-back atmosphere.

Our travel company found us great accommodations in both locations. They had amazing views and were close, but not too close, to attractions, etc).

They also organized all the transportation and communicated with rental car agencies, drivers/guides, ferries, etc, which all went extremely smoothly. I was grateful that they handled all the heavy lifting around the logistical portions of the trip, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the vacation.

My family consisted of six people who traveled to Greece for 11 days to celebrate a master’s degree and 30th birthday!

Zicasso’s travel agent did a great job of catering to our group. We felt like she understood exactly what we wanted out of our vacation. Our group ranged from 20s to 60s. We were looking for a good balance between adventure and relaxation, and that is exactly what was provided by our agent and her company.

When planning it, I felt like the Zicasso travel agent listened to what I wanted. He offered options for my consideration, which was helpful, but took my lead, and I think we ended up with a good trip.

Once we got to Greece, there were a few hiccups, but our agent was responsive and it was easy to get in touch with him.

The guide we had in Athens deviated from the itinerary both days we were there (without explanation) and I feel we might have missed a couple of things. Mykonos and Santorini went much more smoothly. The guide we had for the tour of Santorini was fabulous; he communicated what we were going to do and was very informative throughout the tour.

The trip planned for us by the Zicasso travel company was beyond our expectations.

I was so impressed by how well balanced our itinerary was. The active days were followed by a day that was not too taxing. A day where we had to wake up very early was followed by a day where we could sleep a bit longer. We saw many archaeological historic sites, but that was balanced well by a few days of immersion into local food and music culture.

The guides provided us were not only warm and friendly, but also highly informed and educated. It was a joy to make fast friends with them.

The hotels were incredible and we did not have one meal that was not absolutely outstanding.

I would highly recommend our travel agent; you can’t miss.

From the first conversation, we connected because our agent asked so many questions about who we are and how we travel so he could identify just what would work. I didn't have a clue about any details initially, only that we wanted to go to Italy and Greece. So where do I start? He made it so easy. We started filling in the blanks and he and his team went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The trip was perfect, from the time we got on the plane to landing back on home soil. They arranged all of the trips, the fees, the train rides, the inter-flights, and the transfers. They recommended restaurants and points of interest, but made room for our pace. I want to thank Zicasso’s travel agency for arranging a wonderful 17-day trip to Greece and Turkey for us. She was attentive to our preferences and concerns and was patient with our many questions. This trip had a lot of moving parts – 5 major destinations and 3 additional day trips, multiple flights, and a ferry – and it all went off without a hitch. All of the hotels were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and some of them were spectacular (especially the ones in Santorini and Cappadocia). The hotels were also extremely well located, and we were able to easily walk to many restaurants and destinations. The best part was the drivers and guides (especially our guides in Crete). They all spoke excellent English and were very articulate and knowledgeable. They were able to present and integrate a lot of information in a way which was both educational and entertaining. I’ve never learned so much in such a short period of time! They were also good company and interesting people to talk to in general. And, they were flexible. If we decided to spend more time in one scheduled place and less in another, they happily rearranged things, and they made excellent suggestions which were not always on the planned itinerary. Sometimes we ran overtime, and they seemed to be fine with that, and they offered to make themselves available after the tour to answer questions or provide any other help we might need. All in all, we would happily recommend this agency to all travelers without reservation.
