My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to Japan. Zicasso’s travel specialist created a personalized itinerary for us to see as much as we could in a short amount of time. The accommodations were outstanding. The guides and drivers were excellent, and the communication throughout the trip could not have been better.

Zicasso's travel specialist did a great job planning our China trip with the travel company. She was very detailed and helped plan all the details. Our guides and hotels were fantastic. This is our second time using this travel company and we would use them again.

Overall, our experiences with Zicasso’s tour operator for our 15-day trip to Japan were excellent. Communication with our travel agent was very good. The outcome of our full itinerary was very good. All recommended activities and sights were very good and only a couple of many we would have left out. We did have a couple of hiccups that the tour operator resolved quickly.

Such a well-planned trip to experience the history, culture, and people of Japan! Very knowledgeable guides, who listen to their clients and adjust to their needs, or even casual comments. “You mentioned Nintendo. We will be right by the Nintendo store. Would you like to take a look?” Amazing!!
