Overall, our experiences with Zicasso’s tour operator for our 15-day trip to Japan were excellent. Communication with our travel agent was very good. The outcome of our full itinerary was very good. All recommended activities and sights were very good and only a couple of many we would have left out. We did have a couple of hiccups that the tour operator resolved quickly.

We loved working with Zicasso's travel company! They are top-notch and take care of all the minute travel-related things. Our travel specialist was easy and flexible to work with, as was the rest of her team. They have extensive knowledge of Japan and Asia, and they planned a wonderful two-week trip to Japan. We had unique experiences that we loved and would have never come across had we not booked with them. Their connections in Japan were also great. We loved all our guides!!

Such a well-planned trip to experience the history, culture, and people of Japan! Very knowledgeable guides, who listen to their clients and adjust to their needs, or even casual comments. “You mentioned Nintendo. We will be right by the Nintendo store. Would you like to take a look?” Amazing!!

I decided to go on my first solo international vacation this year and I could not have had a more amazing trip, thanks to Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company! He took so much care in putting together my itinerary and making sure it included everything I wanted. Everything was very detailed, organized, and easy to understand. His communication was great and he even stayed in touch during my trip in case there were any issues. I had a phenomenal experience overall!

Well done. We ended the trip wanting more, but were too tired to go on. The tour was designed with our interests in mind. The guides were all great, especially one of them. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. Almost everything went as planned, but such is travel. Weather prevented a part of our time in Hạ Long Bay, but a substitute activity was found to make up for it. We would definitely use this Zicasso travel company again.
