Overall, our experiences with Zicasso’s tour operator for our 15-day trip to Japan were excellent. Communication with our travel agent was very good. The outcome of our full itinerary was very good. All recommended activities and sights were very good and only a couple of many we would have left out. We did have a couple of hiccups that the tour operator resolved quickly.

It was a pleasure to work with Zicasso’s travel specialist, a complete professional, as well as an excellent organizer of trip details. The flow of our days–sites visited, time on the road, our accommodations–was flawless.
We also appreciated that the travel specialist took the time to come by our hotel to take us out for a Bhutanese dinner one night.
