I really thought the Zicasso travel partner was fabulous and so thorough and easy to use. I would rate it the best travel app. It had my itinerary down to the minute detail, info on how to contact various people if there were any questions, and was so easy to navigate. I would rate my trip to Australia my favorite so far. I recently went to Japan through a different travel agent and was able to compare the difference. Our travel team was so much better!
My husband and I went to Australia to drop off my daughter, who was doing an exchange study in Sydney. We started in Melbourne and had a full-day tour to Phillip Island, with a moonlit animal sanctuary and penguins. I would recommend the penguins. I saw thousands of penguins. What an experience! I did not like the sanctuary part. Tickets were sold out for the koala petting and there were not very many animals to see. I have heard there are other sanctuaries/zoos in other parts of Australia that are much better.
The Melbourne food tour was fantastic! Our tour guide did a wonderful job of explaining Melbourne's history with the food. We flew to Cairns, to Port Douglas, and had two excursions: a boat ride with snorkeling in the Great Reef Barrier and a Daintree safari. The full-day cruise with snorkeling was wonderful, with so much food! The Daintree tour was a bit long and could have been condensed into half the time. I probably would not recommend that tour.
Finally, we went to Sydney to drop off my daughter. We did the bridge walk, which was fantastic. Each person was so well protected and the safety checks were top-notch!
Our trip went without any problems and our drivers were well-coordinated and on schedule. I would use this company for future trips to Australia. I plan to visit New Zealand and would use them again.

Our Zicasso agent was amazing! From the beginning to the very end, she helped me plan the perfect honeymoon, whether it was finding where to go, finding the flights, and finding the best activities. She has experience and knows what she is talking about, so when she makes a recommendation, 9/10 you should listen. She recommended great restaurants and activities, and was able to provide transfers wherever I needed to go. My wife and I felt safe and comfortable when traveling the streets of Mo’orea and Tahiti.
Overall, our travel agency was great and our agent was amazing to work with. We missed our first flight and she helped me find a new one. I highly recommend working with them for any travel experience. You will not regret it! I will definitely be planning my next adventure with her.

Zicasso's travel agency put together a fantastic itinerary for our trip to NZ and Australia. We asked for an “active” vacation, and they gave it to us! Our trip was filled with great adventures that we will remember forever. They did a great job of listening to what we wanted and making it happen.
Our itinerary in NZ was incredible. They really know both islands and all of the cool things to do there. We did some things that weren’t “mainstream” activities but they were really awesome and we’re glad we did them (most notable was the glow worm adventure – super cool!).
The Australia part of our trip wasn’t quite as good. We LOVED the lodge in the rainforest and Sydney (especially the Harbor Bridge Climb). But we went to Hamilton Island and it rained the entire time. The locals told us that February is the rainy season and it wasn’t a surprise to them that it was raining. It seems to us that the agency should have been aware of that and not sent us there at that time.
Overall it was a great trip. Our agent was very responsive to us during out trip when we had questions. She worked hard to make our experience a great one.

Our Zicasso travel agent and his company mapped out a great trip to New Zealand and Australia for us. Frankly, it exceeded our high expectations. We told our agent when we wanted to go, what we wanted to see and do, and how much we had budgeted. He got it all done – flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities – and for less than our budget.
We had only one hiccup on the trip itself, involving a flight mix-up, and that was resolved quickly. Everything else, and it was a four-week trip, went off without a hitch. The accommodations were an eclectic mix of boutique hotels, resort stays, and downtown hotels, but all were four- or five-star. The activities ranged from train rides to cruises to wine-tasting tours to visits to world heritage sites. In short, the trip of a lifetime.
