We enjoyed our trip! We got to see several iconic sites, like Machu Picchu, Iguazú Falls, and Christ the Redeemer.

Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.

The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. My trip to Santiago, Chile, the Atacama Desert, and Patagonia was everything we wished for. Zicasso’s tour operators mapped out a wonderful itinerary, with tours that were interesting and scenic. Chile is a beautiful country with picturesque beauty all around. Our favorites were Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales. The tour to Torres del Paine National Park was breathtaking and our trip to the glaciers was beautiful. We met so many nice people on our adventures and brought home memories that will last a lifetime. We recommended our travel company if you ever want to visit the beautiful country of Chile.

Our trip was spectacular! Our agent built an itinerary that was perfect for our group of two couples – three countries (Argentina, Chile, Brazil), multiple cities (Buenos Aires, Iguazú Falls, Mendoza, Valparaiso, Rio), tours, flights, drivers, etc, and all went as planned.

The activities and tours were so interesting and unique, and the guides were all well-informed, friendly, and willing to share their knowledge. The boutique hotels were wonderfully located and charming and comfortable.

Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated. Our experience working with the Zicasso travel agency was wonderful on many fronts! The owner worked with us from the onset of planning and was patient and thorough in answering our questions and asking about our desires when visiting Peru. His initial proposal was detailed and covered the areas we wanted to see. When we asked for a change, he accommodated our wishes. After the trip was planned and the deposit sent, He stayed in touch with us and answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. While we were in the country, he was extremely helpful with a passport problem and we were all thankful for his experience and communication. Our agent and all who work for him were true professionals and we were certainly well taken care of!

All of the employees and guides we had on the trip were the best! We especially appreciated our guides, one of whom was from Cusco, and our driver, who kept us safe in traffic. Our Cusco guide was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us so much information about all the sights we went to. He was kind, funny, and very accommodating! The other guide was helpful and we appreciated his calm nature. In Lima, we also had an excellent guide.

Our travel company was such a superb group to work with and we would recommend them to anyone wishing to travel to Peru!

This tour company did an excellent job of understanding our needs and helping us every step of the way, from initial contact and throughout our trip.  They chose excellent drivers and guides, and continually checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly.  When   we missed a connection because of a delayed flight they advised suppliers and rescheduled drivers and guides.  Special commendation to our agent who gave us months of personal attention and made it possible for us to get a taste of several regions during a short two week vacation and the travel specialist who met with us and acted as our  hostess for the trip.  I highly recommend both the trip planner and Zicasso for putting us in contact with them.  Shirley S.
