We had great communication with the travel agency. Our Zicasso agent listened to our group's wants for the itinerary and our trip had a bit of everything: adventure, great accommodations, and the downtime we needed. She gave a lot of suggestions for our free time, which was super-helpful. We highly recommend her.

This review is long overdue, but we’re still talking about our amazing Ireland trip! Zicasso’s travel agent and her team were fantastic. We wanted a full itinerary and active trip and they delivered! Everything was seamless and they were even able to add a last minute golf day late in the process. When our flight home was delayed a full day, they were able to find us another hotel and transport us immediately. They took the stress out of planning and logistics while we were there. It was a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend Ireland and this travel company!

Zicasso’s tour operator was great! We had never been to Ireland or Scotland, so we didn’t know much. Just from a few meetings and discussing what we enjoyed and knew we wanted to do, she planned the perfect trip! It was very organized and easy to navigate due to the trip guide provided!

The hotels were well chosen. The outstanding property was in Aix-en-Provence. The most disappointing was the hotel in Nice. The location was great, but the room was beyond small and the balcony didn’t compensate for the claustrophobic feel.

Zicasso’s travel agency worked diligently with us to customize our itinerary after some friends pulled out of the trip. Their choice of guides in France and accommodations were exemplary. They also identified conflicts in the itinerary and made changes to prevent challenges in seeing some of our planned sites in London.

It's super-easy to use and truly takes the guesswork out of things so you can just relax and enjoy your vacation. I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June.
