The trip was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to our travel planner and guide, we were able to fit so much adventure into 12 days. Communication was always prompt and our planner quickly answered all of our questions leading up to and during the trip. The transfer from our Kenya guide to our Uganda guide was seamless. Zicasso's travel designer was on top of it with great communication before, during, and after the trip. She set up a very complicated trip based on my request and I had zero logistical issues throughout the over two-week travel time.
The guides and drivers were always on time and went out of their way, including early-morning rides and tours, and even an airport drop-off at midnight.

The trip was absolutely spectacular and exceeded all expectations! It was well thought out, to the point where neither one of us had to think about anything! The trip lived up to all of our expectations. Having never been to the UAE and Kenya, we relied very heavily on Zicasso's trip coordinator to develop our itinerary, scheduling, accommodations, etc. She worked very hard to understand our expectations and put together a plan that I would rate five stars!

Out of my many vacations this one was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had.  This travel company listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The camps we stayed at went above and beyond when it came to guest service and the drivers and Masai guides showed not only their knowledge in safari trekking but gave us an insight into their beautiful and innocent lifes... I did not want to leave.
