Zicasso’s travel specialist arranged our original Turkey/Greece itinerary. When hostilities broke out in the Middle East, we had to cancel the Turkey portion. Original contact with the travel specialist (the tour operator) was via video call. The travel specialist is a people person and was very warm and enthusiastic. He has been in the business many years (30-ish) and has extensive personal knowledge of hotels, restaurants, tours, etc. in this region. He has close personal relations with most of the providers.
After several discussions, I felt like he was a family member. He knew this was our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and added some personal touches to our Greece itinerary. All drivers and guides were extraordinarily professional and personable. His primary associate oversaw all the onsite activities in a superb manner. He was in contact via text and phone at all times to assure that all went to plan. I assure you, we will book a Turkey adventure in the future.

The travel specialist designed an excellent 11-day itinerary showcasing Morocco's remarkable diversity, including the historic cities of Marrakech, Fes, and Chefchaouen, along with Rabat and Casablanca, as well as the Atlas Mountains, Sahara Desert, and cedar forests. Each day offered unique experiences, including vibrant souks, artisan workshops, scenic hikes, camel rides, a traditional hammam, Roman ruins, film studio, and wine tasting.
Every destination featured a dedicated local guide, all of whom were excellent. We traveled in a comfortable SUV and spent the entire trip with our driver. Friendly, professional, and fluent in English, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, while sharing valuable local insights along the way.
Several thoughtful touches further enhanced the experience: unique accommodations, memorable welcome and farewell dinners, a dedicated messaging group for seamless communication, prompt responses to questions and requests, and assistance with restaurant reservations, even at short notice.

Overall, this was a spectacular trip. It was a seamless process working with the agency. Zicasso’s travel specialist was phenomenal and our escort was one of a kind. The trip was completely amazing. We do plan to return to Morocco and will only use this travel company for our travel arrangements. It was grade-A customer service from the moment we stepped off the plane in Casablanca until boarding our departure flight in Marrakech. Also, in terms of cost, it met our budget and was highly affordable.

The four of us were awed at the beauty and history of Morocco. We so enjoyed our driver, who traveled with us for 10 days. The tour guides at the important stops, like the medinas and the mosques, were excellent.

We ate in the home of a resident of Morocco and our driver introduced us to his family, his sister, and her husband and their children. We got to see the side of Morocco that few tourists see. We walked away wanting to see more.
