The trip was a dream come true and the company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They made everything so simple and much less stressful for us right from the planning stage, to prepping us for the trip and then support DURING the trip. This was a dream trip for us to take our kids on and Nancy and Diana and their team made it all come together so beautifully !!

Another seamless vacation through Zicasso and this travel agency! Our tour guides were excellent and our accommodations were very satisfactory. All hotels were centrally located and enabled us to walk through the various cities at our leisure. While our days were quite full, scheduling allowed for some “downtime” each day to relax in a café or on the balcony of our rooms. Our cooking experience in Rome was a culinary highlight of our trip.

In May, our family of five, all adults, took the best Italy tour from Milan to Rome. We visited Milan, Padua, Venice, Florence, the Tuscan countryside, Siena, Assisi, Cascia, Rome, and the Vatican. The tour was wonderful and well organized, thanks to our terrific Zicasso travel advisor. She was always available for questions and went out of her way to ensure all of our wants were accommodated in the trip plans.

The itinerary was well-thought out and we loved each of the destinations and the individual tour guides who educated us at the sites. They were thoughtful, informative, and interesting. Kudos to our agent for her excellent choices.

The hotels were also very good. We really liked the Tuscany hotel and would return there on our own. All of the hotels were well-located, which made for ease of getting around and walking the cities.

Our days were split between touring and having free time, which allowed us to explore on our own and spend time as a family. This schedule was perfect for us!

I would highly recommend this trip itinerary to anyone interested in seeing the north of Italy. Our agent did an amazing job attending to the details of the travel so we did not have to and providing special opportunities we would not have had on our own without a lot of hassles. We are definitely booking our next trips with her as she went above and beyond what we expected in her attention to us and our enjoyment of the trip!

It was a pleasure to collaborate with Zicasso’s tour company in planning and executing our recent 10-day trip to Italy. Our agent was easy to work with in helping execute our desires to have a relaxing and meaningful experience. She helped me to take care of every detail, from meal reservations to excursions and recommendations, to ensure our trip would leave us with memories of a lifetime. Even when we arrived, if there were any issues, the team was very responsive, and this continued until we arrived home. I cannot recommend them enough if you want to truly relax and trust someone with the details.

Zicasso's travel agency gave me the Italian trip of a lifetime! We were a family of six (myself, my husband, my two teenage daughters, and my elderly parents aged 75 and 80). From start to finish, all of the details were handled by the agency. 

They helped us arrange private drivers from the airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the train stations, from the train stations to the next hotel. Because my parents had some mobility issues, I told them we had to have hotels that were accessible. The hotels they chose for us were boutique, unique, comfortable, and centrally located in the heart of the cities we were visiting. My parents didn't have any issues getting in and out of the hotels. In Florence, our hotel room had a view of the Duomo. It was amazing! 

I asked them to help me plan a few day trips to the Ferrari Museum in Modena and to Padova and Verona when we were staying in Venice. They recommended a day trip to Pisa and Lucca when we were staying in Florence. The itinerary they planned for us was so thoughtful. I felt like they planned the trip exactly for us. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Our trip was incredible from start to finish. Your company went above and beyond our expectations. We appreciate your team’s personal attention to detail for every aspect of our trip. Everything from your communication in planning and throughout the trip to executing the transportation and lodging was seamless. 

Our Italy experience was magical. We will be using you again and giving our highest recommendation to our friends and family.

Our Sicilian trip was a total success. We called this trip our Sicilian Sampler as we saw so much in different parts of Sicily. We would love to return. On every leg of the trip, we never encountered any problems. All the accommodations were perfectly located, so we could easily explore on our own. All our tour guides were great. We could tell that they truly loved telling us about their part of Sicily. All of their recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The best part of our trip was our driver. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. He was an absolute gem. He listened and researched things to make sure we got to experience Sicily as we wanted to see it.
