We were very pleased with the service they provided. The tours we had planned all worked out very well. Each of the tour guides was very personable and made us feel like family.

The drivers they selected for our transportation were very professional and courteous as well.

Our personal concierge was very helpful and attentive. She responded timely to all of my concerns and questions.

Our travel advisor set us up with a great trip! They listened to the type of trip we wanted and provided great options.  Unfortunately, I felt as time went on, they didn't pay attention to the details as much as in the beginning. Part of our itinerary was inaccurate and when we asked for dinner reservations to be made each night, only one was made. We really loved the trip but again felt some details were missed which caught us by surprise. The people they work with/recommended in Italy were all excellent and fun to be with. 

We have returned from our 11-day, three-city tour of Italy and it was nothing short of amazing. The Zicasso travel partner made this bucket-list trip a dream. Our agent and her team were so attentive to our every need and idea. They were there at a moment's notice through WhatsApp and were always on top of everything. They created such a network of organized expertise, communication skills, and a "worry-free" personal touch that we thought we were celebrities! The itinerary was so carefully planned just for us. We are an older couple and our agent knew just what we could handle and enjoy.

We stayed in Venice, Florence, Pisa, and Rome. She had every day scheduled for us and every event was prearranged, which we loved. We wanted to explore and experience Italy for our first time without having to worry about hotels, taxis, reservations, and long lines. Our agent and her team made sure we were taken care of every moment. They were also very available for any changes that came up, for instance, a sudden rain downpour on one of our tours. They were there to swoop us away and get us to the hotel safely.

Their drivers were so polite and professional, and did such a fantastic job making sure we arrived at all of our meeting points. The tour guides were so knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take time to teach us so much about the places we were visiting.

The hotels were all very good. We loved all the wonderful views and the service was exceptional. They also had some of the best breakfasts we've ever had.

Our agent was just amazing at running the whole show. She was way ahead with her attention to every detail and her compassion to help her customers enjoy their special vacation. We cannot say enough about our Italy trip and the travel teams at Zicasso and our agency. We are telling all our friends and family to definitely look them up for their next trip!

We have been fortunate to have traveled throughout the world and have used agencies (including Zicasso) to help plan and assist us along the way. We can say, without hesitation, that the agent at Zicasso’s travel company is by far the best agent we have worked with. What is special about her is that she listens. Every aspect of our 18-day trip to Sicily, Matera, and Puglia was discussed in detail over the course of several weeks, until the itinerary was exactly what we wanted.

Once we were in Italy, she and her team were always available by phone to help with any problems that arose. The guides she hired were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For instance, on an excursion to an archeological site, our guide was not only an archaeologist, but had actually participated in a dig at that site. We couldn't have asked for more.

All arrangements for transfers and hotels went smoothly.  For the most part the local guides were good but some not so much.  A number of guides found it easy to be distracted by phone calls while in the course of guiding and while they apologized for this, these interruptions detracted from the overall experience - the issue is were they necessary and/or urgent interruptions given that the guide was being paid to essentially work for the client?I would certainly use Zicasso for another trip to Mediterranean Europe and recommend it to others - Eleonora was excellent and fully responsive  in all respects to request, questions etc. 

An incredible experience with Giuliana and her team! She planned an extraordinary trip for us and it constantly exceeded our expectations. Everything was so carefully chosen with so many different experiences for us to enjoy. We loved our guides and drivers, so knowledgeable, friendly and always on schedule. It made it so easy and stress free for us to travel and see Italy. Her choices in hotels, wineries, restaurants, tours and overall experiences were impeccable. I would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone looking for the best Italian travel experience. It was obvious that Giuliana has built up a solid network of providers across the country that are true professionals who are always striving to give their guests a first class experience.

What a great trip! Zicasso’s tour operator and her people laid out everything so wonderfully! They were with us every step of the way. From great tours to fantastic restaurants to top-notch hotels, they planned all of it to perfection. They even had the trains planned, including the switch in Paris from one station to the other.

Zicasso’s travel agency was just great! Every single detail was well thought out and every arrangement worked like clockwork. We had to make some changes on the fly and our agency arranged, at the last minute, for a driver and guide to take us to Siena, for example, and it worked out perfectly. The app they provided made it easy to stay in touch. I cannot rate them highly enough. Thanks so much to our agent!
