You will be within the world’s largest urban car-free area, so you should note that you will need to walk in Fes. When you feel the energy, it will be easy to stroll through the medina’s hidden sites. Before leaving Fes, you may want to explore more local specialties, such as the souk’s ceramics and tile-work sections, which is where the city’s geometric mosaics originate.
