He places the bucket beneath the udder, squats beside the cow, and alternates between gently squeezing the front left and rear right. You hear the milk hit the pail and watch the liquid rise. You follow their advice, feel the smooth skin of the udder, and extend your thumb and index finger between your palm to squeeze down, watching the milk the hit the pail.
