England Travel Guide

Very well coordinated and was a complete day of activities to travel, learn, and relax.

The hotel, tour guides, and recommendations were all great. We had one excursion that was not good and could have been avoided if we had known more about the specifics of that activity. The tour guide was great. The hotel was first class, with great service.

This trip was everything we hoped for and more. Every part of it was seamless and the communication before and during the trip was excellent in every way. The trip was created and then modified as we determined exactly what we wanted to see and do. Our advisor was always responsive and helpful, offering suggestions and ideas to help us make our own decision about our itinerary.

We usually do all our own planning, booking, etc., but the peace of mind of having Zicasso and their travel partners do it all made the trip so much more enjoyable. We felt we could rely on them to handle any issues that might have arisen. Luckily, none did.

All the accommodations, guides, transfers, and timing of activities were excellent and tailored to our needs. We have already recommended Zicasso to several of our friends who are jealous of our experience.

We had a great time. We were very happy with our driver. He was so knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with him. He clearly has a passion for his job. We cannot say enough great things about him. We enjoyed our stay at our hotel as well. Everything went well overall.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and his whole team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy. While we were traveling, if we had any questions at all, we could text them and we almost always had a response within just a few short minutes.

The hotels, excursions, and restaurants that they reserved for us were all so nice. And the fact that we never had to worry about figuring out how we were going to get from one spot to the next made traveling through multiple countries so much easier.

We will definitely use them again for a trip like this.
