Our family enjoyed an amazing trip! We didn’t have to worry about a single detail. Everything was planned and coordinated for us. Even when there were unplanned, unavoidable issues, like a hotel issue, Zicasso's travel company proactively moved us to a different hotel. WhatsApp worked beautifully, with constant communication with the travel company. All of our tours and tour guides were top-notch. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family and we have so many wonderful memories.

We loved the trip and were able to 100% concentrate on the experience because all of the planning and logistics had been taken care of by Zicasso's travel specialist. One specific example of the travel company's helpfulness: When I arrived in our second city of the trip, I realized that I'd left my passport and some expensive jewelry in the safe of the last city. I called the travel company and they sprung into action for me, offering me different options to get the material to me. Incredible peace of mind knowing they were handling this. This was our first trip outside of the US and our first time using a travel agency to arrange our travel plans. So for me, whether or not to use a travel agency was a fairly big and anxious decision.
