Our recent trip to Venice, Slovenia, and Croatia was fantastic. The itinerary set up for us (four adults) by Zicasso's travel partner flowed seamlessly. Each of the drivers we had to take us to our various destinations was professional, prompt, and helpful. The cars – or actually minivans – were clean, comfortable, and roomy. We liked all of the hotels, but particularly the hotels in Bled, Rovinj, and Split. These three hotels each had spectacular settings, as well as very helpful and accommodating staff members.

The real “stars” of our trip, however, were the tour guides! They all were outstanding! They were friendly, professional, and possessed a depth of knowledge. Each woman was a resident of the local area and very passionate about their city/country and happy to share historical information, as well as personal stories about their hometowns!

We also would like to recognize one of our agents from the travel office. She came through for us when we had to reschedule a flight at the last minute and, therefore, had to change the transfer time from our hotel to the airport. We made a quick call to her and she was able to get a driver to our hotel in an hour!

I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. From the beginning, their team asked thoughtful and in-depth questions to really learn about the things we would like to do, while giving their honest opinion on any idea we had. All of their third-party travel partners, who assisted us along the way in each location, were also amazing. Our trip was absolutely wonderful. From the time I contacted Zicasso to the last day of our trip, everything was wonderful. Our tour company and agents were very responsive and accommodated my every request. Our agent was very patient with me and put together a wonderful itinerary!

Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. He went over and above in showing us around and taking care of all our needs. Even when we changed up our plans at the last minute, it did not faze him at all and he made sure our requests were taken care of.

We really appreciated the responsiveness to the inevitable glitches that occur with multi-city travel. We always had a phone number to call and got a timely and helpful response.

The hotels were well chosen. The outstanding property was in Aix-en-Provence. The most disappointing was the hotel in Nice. The location was great, but the room was beyond small and the balcony didn’t compensate for the claustrophobic feel.

The trip was a very memorable experience for our entire group. The Zicasso tour company provided an excellent variety of experiences and tour options. We provided an outline and what our expectations were for the trip and the company not only met, but exceeded our expectations.

Our private driver and guide was available at all times, always on time, and engaging and knowledgeable about all our destinations. There was also a time when we ventured out on our own and were rescued from a rainstorm when we were faced with walking to our hotel in the rain without proper gear. Our driver was a pleasure to have as our host and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. We were sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip.

We absolutely loved our trip. All the private drivers were exceptional. All but one of the hotels were excellent; we were only there one night! We had issues with check-in and check-out, and our travel company handled it quickly and efficiently, relieving us of the stress! I could not have anticipated or expected that quick and efficient response.

The private tour guide you selected was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience he provided and the facts about the country.
