Our travel specialist did an outstanding job planning our trip to Venice, Florence, and Rome. We just returned from our first trip to Italy. We decided quickly that trying to book this trip on our own was too overwhelming, despite all the advice from friends who went on their own. The travel partner set up our itinerary based on our preferences. We had a virtual meeting to go over our itinerary before we left. We loved every hotel and guide, and the entire transfer process to each location was seamless. The travel partner was immediately available the few times we had questions, which was so comforting. We will be using them again for certain on future trips.

The drivers were great. Our driver was especially professional and caring and gave us tons of fantastic recommendations. The private tours were awesome and unexpectedly unique. We loved the cheese-making experience in Ragusa, the chocolate-making in Modica, and the wine tour near Noto.

Our hotels were all first class with huge rooms, comfy beds, big baths, and awesome breakfasts. I think we paid a bit more than we expected, but the results were everything we wanted.

The pacing was great, except we would have skipped Noto on the Sunday and slept in and just gone to the winery or stayed in beautiful Ortigia.

Our travel specialist is a great listener and planner. I would use her and the travel company again and recommend them to anyone.
