It was a complicated trip, with 12 people from five years old to 72 and lots of internal African travel and transfers. Sleeping arrangements were challenging on safari with youth. All was handled very well, flawlessly, in fact, for our 50-year-anniversary family adventure! Highly recommended.

I sort of pivoted with what we wanted Zicasso’s travel specialist to arrange for us and she handled that change very well. We essentially asked her just to handle the safari part of our trip and sought her input on some other itinerary decisions we had made. She gave us great guidance and, ultimately, we loved the safari lodge she selected.

Our "Cape Town to Cairo" adventure was the trip of a lifetime and Zicasso’s travel specialist played a huge role in making it so successful.
I spent more than a year planning this journey and it was important to me to work with a travel specialist who was on the same continent and in a similar time zone. She was always available, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
What impressed me the most was her support when we encountered a few unexpected snags along the way. She was immediately in contact, actively working to resolve issues and keeping me informed every step of the way. Having someone on the ground who could respond so quickly provided tremendous peace of mind.
From five wonderful days in Cape Town to our safari adventure near Kruger National Park, Victoria Falls, Botswana, gorilla trekking in Uganda, and, finally, Cairo, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The travel specialist’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication allowed us to simply enjoy the experience and create unforgettable memories.
I would not hesitate to recommend this travel company to anyone planning an African adventure.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience and met nice people and professional guides that showed us a small part of your beautiful country. The pace of our stay was very good for older folks. We enjoyed Cape Town and all the sightseeing done with our guide: Table Mountain and the scenic drive to Cape of Good Hope, and the time spent in Franschhoek and the guided tour. The time spent at the game reserve gave us exposure to some of the wild animals that we had never seen but in movies or magazines.
Thanks to Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team for preparing our trip. It was very easy and the Zicasso website works very well.

The trip was carefully planned and we received optimal assistance throughout the trip and constant availability and monitoring during the journey. Our Zicasso travel agent was very professional and always available to respond to our requests and needs. The choice of hotels was excellent and reflected the expectations. The activities offered in the different locations were very well structured and the guides were of high quality, particularly those in Chobe National Park and Okavango Delta.
