Spain, Portugal Trip Review: Lisbon, Porto, San Sebastian, Barcelona, Seamless Travel, Wine, 10 Nights

My wife and I have been lucky enough to travel to many places around the world, but our April 2025 journey organized by Zicasso's tour company was easily one of the best. Our agent and her team thought of every detail. All we had to do was show up and enjoy these two beautiful countries!

We went to Four cities: Lisbon, Porto, San Sebastián, and Barcelona. The itineraries were thoughtfully planned to give us great experiences without wearing us out too much. And the guides in each city were fun, knowledgeable, and engaging. The transportation was always easy and on time, and the hotels were top-notch.

Spain Vacation Review: Malaga, Toledo, Granada, Barcelona, Tapas Tour, Winery Visit, Alhambra, Sagrada Familia, 15-Day Trip

The trip was great — six cities in 15 days. Zicasso’s travel specialist was wonderful. She tried hard to adhere to our budget wishes when planning the trip and was there if we needed her while traveling. The excursions we booked were good as well. Hotels chosen were also well done. Overall, if traveling in this region again, we will work with them.

This trip was wonderful. The logistical aspects (hotel, transfers) were smooth. The guides in Madrid and Barcelona were outstanding. Our Zicasso travel specialist did a great job of finding programs for a 13-year-old: a cooking class and a mosaic class in Barcelona.

Spain Tour Review: Valencia, Madrid, Granada, Toledo, History, Culture, Local Cuisine, Madrid Open, Alhambra, 9 Nights

Our trip to Spain was wonderful. We visited Valencia, Madrid, Granada, and Toledo. The Zicasso tour company and our agent did an exceptional job planning our journey and making sure we were taken care of at each stop, from arrival to departure.

Our agent was very attentive and responsive. We find this helps things run more smoothly while in a foreign country with a foreign language. She even went above and beyond in helping to ensure I had some extra pampering while in Spain. She was able to book two salon appointments for me in two different cities! This was so appreciated, as the language barrier can make this very difficult for me to do on my own.

Our guides were exceptional. We had the perfect combination of guided tours and free time. We learned so much about Spain's history and culture.
