Zicasso's travel specialist listened to our interests and produced a great itinerary.
We visited very good restaurants and received hotel recommendations.
We had an active trip with lots of logistics and their planning/bookings were right on.
They checked in with us just enough during the trip for it to feel like they cared, but weren’t overbearing.
Pleasant and responsive.

I had such a great experience working with Zicasso’s travel specialist. From our very first email to the last detail, she listened to what I was hoping for and paid attention to every little aspect. She took the time to understand our travel style and needs. The travel specialist made thoughtful suggestions that fit into our travel plans and gave us insight on many things we would never have considered. From the start, she was organized, timely, and clear, and always made communications easy. Her professionalism and kindness made planning our trip to Switzerland a joy and not a chore. We had a wonderful honeymoon in Italy! It was easy to coordinate with Zicasso’s travel specialist; she heard what we were interested in doing and seeing, and she planned a seamless vacation. The travel from point to point was easy, we had knowledgeable drivers and guides as we visited new places, and the hotel and restaurant recommendations all led us to perfect spots we wouldn't have found on our own. We had a great time in Rome and Florence, and in the countryside in Tuscany, and would absolutely consider Zicasso again for future trips.
