London and Paris did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time and the arrangements made by the Zicasso travel agency were great. We packed a lot into the seven days we had there. The London day tour was wonderful! The guide was so great!!!! Paris was great too and we had awesome weather for the entire trip. The travel agent was extremely helpful and so kind and cheerful. Our favorite in London was the walking tour with our guide. Our favorite in France was Giverny.

Zicasso’s travel company was great. Some of the purchased tours by the other tour operator in Paris were not very good. The third tour company was great.

Our trip to Provence in France was very well planned and contained many wonderful tours that gave us great memories of the time we spent there. Zicasso’s travel specialist planned tours of the city, of Provence, the wine areas, and also a great cooking class. Everything went according to plan and the details were very well communicated to us.

The trip was wonderful and well-scheduled. I got to do almost everything I hoped for. The guides were excellent, especially the guide at the d'Orsay. I learned more than I did in my semester of art history. The hotels in Bayeux and the tours were exceptional, and right outside the historic districts, so easy walking access for tours, museums, cathedrals (if you go, do check out both these towns' cathedrals!), and bistros.

I worked with Zicasso's travel company to plan our honeymoon in France and I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a first-class experience! Everything from beginning to end was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The planning process with the trip planner was thorough and she put together a dream trip for us. She executed everything perfectly.
From the moment we arrived in Paris until we were dropped off, we were in their hands. Every hotel, restaurant, tour, and tour guide exceeded our expectations. The itinerary was a "surprise" for my wife, so each morning over breakfast I shared our itinerary with her from the trip app, which was very nice to have, by the way. She loved every minute of it!
Because this was our honeymoon, every hotel we went to had a welcome gift of champagne or chocolate waiting for us. Our tour guide in the Loire Valley also had a bottle of champagne for us and at several dinners we were treated with special desserts, all planned in advance by the travel company's team. What a nice touch.
We have already spoken with them about our next trip. I could not be more pleased with this company.

We were disappointed in the selection of accommodations for our trip. We had requested 4- to 5-star accommodations, including at least one castle and the remaining seven accommodations, to the extent possible, in country manors. Zicasso's tour operator placed us in one castle and what could pass for two country manors, and the remaining five accommodations were traditional hotels that were in some respects unsatisfactory. Two serviced very large travel groups (motor coaches), which was reflected in the quality of hotel service. The restaurant in one hotel had long tables set up boarding house style to accommodate these large groups, which did not create a pleasurable dining experience.
In short, we had requested types of accommodations different from what was delivered. For our other trips through Zicasso, during the proposal stage the tour operators had offered alternative accommodations in each city, including the additional amount that would be owed if we had selected an alternative. That was lacking in the tour operator's proposal. I guess I should have insisted on seeing alternatives at the planning stage, but on the other hand I relied on the tour operator to select types of accommodations that we requested.
In addition, at the beginning stage I had indicated that we were willing to pay more depending on the quality of the experience, and given what we experienced in accommodations, I definitely would have done so. We also had some minor communication problems before the trip began, but those were relatively minor and resolved fairly quickly.
On the positive side, their travel app is outstanding - it's intuitive and very easy to use. The map function integrates well with each day's events.
