I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for planning the most incredible birthday trip I’ve ever experienced. From beginning to end, the travel company delivered excellence in every way.

The entire planning process was effortless and easy; your guidance made everything feel seamless. And the moment we touched down in Bali, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully handled. Everything was planned to perfection, right down to the smallest touches. The hotel villas, the breathtaking views, the reliable WiFi, the spot-on food recommendations, and each carefully curated excursion created a travel experience I’ll never forget.

The team was truly exceptional. They were always prepared, always prompt, and stayed in constant communication with us. We never felt alone, lost, or unsure of what was next. Zicasso’s travel specialist worked very hard in putting our trip together, a trip of a lifetime that was perfect from beginning to end. The coordination and logistics—with tours, flights, hotels, drivers, and experiences—that really should have been impossible to do due to the conflict and peace talks, making everything changing, were handled perfectly.

Our tours were excellent and our hotels were first class, as was communication with guides, drivers, and the travel company any time we visited Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. We were not only shown the wonderful historical sites, peoples, and cultures, but also a Christian pilgrimage following Moses and Jesus. We never could have dreamed of such a wonderful trip and experience. We still have to catch our breath and say, Wow, that was great. People we share our experience with are so very interested and enthusiastic hearing about all the things we did, saw, and experienced, and you see the excitement in their faces and how amazed they are that we could experience so much in one trip.

All four of us who traveled to Australia and New Zealand this fall agree that Zicasso’s travel specialist did a fantastic job assisting us with planning and the actual trip itself. She listened to our itinerary, wants and desires, as well as the time constraints and budget. And while we did spend quite a bit more than what we originally intended, we had the trip of a lifetime. We are all completely satisfied with our journey, as organized by the travel specialist.

Unforgettable! It's hard for me to put into words how amazing this trip was. From our first visit with Zicasso’s travel specialist, he seemed to know us and tailored our trip to fit us perfectly. We have learned when taking these big trips that it's best to just follow the experts’ advice and suggestions, and the travel company did not disappoint.

One thing that was truly beyond exceptional was the Yi Peng Festival in Chiang Mai. This was not even something I knew of, but was suggested by the travel specialist since our days lined up while there. This was the most moving and emotional experience I've ever had in my life! Thank you so, so much.

We are not regular travelers and had never been to Italy prior to this trip, so we really needed the advice of an expert with a lot of patience. Our entire group liked Zicasso’s travel specialist from the start. She was easy to work with and had plenty of constructive ideas when we had questions or wanted to adjust plans.

When it came time for the actual trip, she was available via WhatsApp and responded quickly to real-time developments (example: several folks missed connections to Venice for the first day, so the travel specialist rescheduled our planned gondola ride). Although there were six of us on the trip, I did most of the interacting with her. I enjoyed working with her leading up to and during the trip; she made my life so much easier. We would definitely work with her in the future.

It was so easy to work with Zicasso’s travel designer and the travel company. After her phone call, she worked up the trip of a lifetime. It was just perfect for us.

As we traveled, if there were any changes, we were alerted in a timely fashion. We were notified of delayed departures and possible cancellations. The only cancellation was quickly rescheduled as per our preferred time. No worries! We just have to check about two cancellations that were weather-related and how we get reimbursed for those expenses. Those cancellations were understandable and not the end of the world. We will be in contact with the travel designer to find out about those and know it will be an easy process, like everything else has been.

We will, and have, recommended this process to friends who want to visit New Zealand.
