Cambodia Travel Guide

Five of us booked a trip through Zicasso with our travel company. We were very pleased with their communication and accommodation of our needs. The travel specialists checked in with us regularly and I could tell they were in communication with one another as well. From the beginning, they were interested in tailoring a vacation to our exact needs. All of our tour guides and accommodations were fabulous. I would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone looking to plan a trip to Asia. Highly recommended!

The trip was well planned and free of glitches. Top-notch tour guides and drivers made the trip most enjoyable. Five-star accommodations were greatly appreciated after long days of touring.

Excellent trip.

For improvements, there are a couple of items.

The first tour guide in Hanoi did the minimum. He didn’t escort us through some of the exhibits and explain what we were looking at, for example, the "Hanoi Hilton." He also didn’t escort us into the airport on departure. All the other tour guides escorted us through the exhibits and brought us into the airport for check-in.

Flights in-country were middle seat and window. We expressly stated we did not want cheap seats on a 30k trip.

We wanted a cooking program one day. None of the activities met our stated expectations.

Our trip with Zicasso’s travel company, organized by our wonderful and thoughtful travel specialist, was nothing short of perfect. We had wonderful guides and drivers in every stop, perfect hotels (each unique and special in their own way), and endlessly interesting activities. It was an amazingly well-planned and well-run trip!

We enjoyed very much our trip to Indochina. Zicasso’s travel company did a fantastic job.

The trip was transformational. All of the guides were superb. Zicasso’s travel agent was unbelievably helpful with our many questions before and during the trip. I would highly recommend the trip, our agent, and Zicasso.
