We were very happy with Zicasso and the travel company. There were no hitches. All of the guides, drivers, and hotels were wonderful.

My husband came down with bronchitis in Egypt and the hotel immediately got him a doctor. The Egypt travel company continued to monitor his condition throughout the trip.

Our Zicasso travel agent provided an incredible experience for our group of four people on a phenomenal 12-day tour. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and well executed. Our driver was knowledgeable, well versed in history/anthropology, consistently reliable, friendly, and warm. Although we traveled during Ramadan, our driver and local tour guides were always available, even if it meant they missed a meal or prayer time.

One of our travelers developed a bad cold and needed medical attention. Our travel team treated us like their own family as they ensured she received excellent care, made alternative arrangements, and even helped to communicate with healthcare professionals. The gift of a handmade and custom engraved leather bag with electrical outlet converters, maps, and snacks was a welcome and very classy gift.

We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of traveling to this exquisite country and visiting with these beautiful people.

Zicasso’s travel partners did an amazing job and were quick to work through any issues we had during our trip to Dubai. My only complaint is I asked for the start times of our daily excursions and was told they would be given to me on arrival. The driver picking us up didn't have any schedule for us. It was only after calling the company that I got what I originally asked for.

My travel agent listened and was responsive to my ideas for a perfect trip when creating my itinerary. Since I went on a private tour, I got to pick and choose the places I wanted to see and the activities I wanted to do, while working within a specific budget. My agent had no qualms about adjusting the itinerary to suit my needs and expectations, even if it meant looking into other accommodations or alternative activities, and going back and forth with emails and text messages. I was provided a step-by-step guide for my trip through a detailed informational packet once everything was confirmed. This was most helpful!

The people "on the ground" provided the same excellent service! My driver was courteous, respectful, accommodating, and very professional in his demeanor, manners, and clothing. His excellent driving skills helped make me feel safe while we drove through winding mountain roads, some through light snow and rain. He communicated effectively. Through the information he shared about the places we visited and stories about his life and his family, I gained meaningful insights into Moroccan culture.

The tour operator checked in several times, ensuring everything was going well. When there was a small hitch with a couple of the local tour guides, she was quick to respond to my messages and offered resolutions to the issues.

The trip was well planned and excellently executed! Except for the issue with local tour guides, everything was above par.

Overall, the travel agency arranged an amazing and unforgettable tour for us in Israel. LeeAnn is extremely organized, positive, and knowledgeable about Israel. She was able to propose an amazing itinerary and worked with us on edits until it was perfect.During the tour itself, she was very hands-on and reached out to us frequently to ensure everything was running smoothly. There were some minor scheduling issues (as can be expected on a nine-day tour), but she was very hands-on and proactive at fixing.

I would highly recommend this travel company and look forward to working with them again.

My wife and I had a wonderful trip to Morocco. Our travel agent customized our eight-day trip based on our interests in culture, Jewish heritage, desire for beautiful accommodations, and culinary interests.

Our guide and driver were wonderful. We always felt safe and well cared for, and our day-to-day itinerary was tremendously flexible. Our guide would often remind us that "this is your vacation", and we set the pace accordingly.

We delayed our initial trip by a few months because of concerns regarding the war in Israel and potential anti-American and anti-Semitic sentiment, but we felt very welcomed in Morocco. Much of that was a result of careful planning and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Zicasso’s travel agency to anyone contemplating a trip to Morocco.

The Zicasso tour operator was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He told us he wanted us to have the best possible trip and that nothing was too much trouble. I believe that was his intention.

For example, when the Wi-Fi aboard the cruise turned out to be very poor, our guide immediately got a data SIM for our phones. We had two guides, one for Cairo and the north and one for Luxor and the south. Both were very experienced and well-versed in their knowledge of the history of Egypt and the monuments they were guiding us through.

Our hotels in Cairo and Alexandria were entirely acceptable. We were, however, disappointed that sometimes we were taken for lunch at tour bus restaurants. It would have been much nicer if a quieter and more intimate restaurant had been selected. By contrast, in Suez, we were guests at a private social club and treated to an incredible lunch as we watched massive ships glide by so close to us. It would have also been nice to have had more information on tipping customs, since every country is different.

Our trip to Athens, Santorini, and Istanbul was great. The airport transfers, tours, and hotel accommodations arranged by Zicasso’s travel company were all very good and we had no issues.

Our tour guides in each location were all very good. We had the same tour guide for each of our days in Istanbul. He was invaluable in helping us to understand the history of the city and the sites we visited. He also helped us to experience authentic cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
