Our Zicasso tour company arranged a truly exceptional trip for us, enabling us to enjoy the bustle of Buenos Aires and the spectacular beauty of Patagonia in less than two weeks.

Our requests were accommodated as best as possible in the context of a busy travel season there. The hotels were great, the guides professional and knowledgeable, and all the private adventures exceeded our expectations.

Communication was somewhat of a challenge. Our travel agent was very responsive throughout the trip, but I never heard directly from drivers or guides, despite assurance they would contact me. I raised this every day, but none of them connected with me. Rather, they chose to communicate with one of the men traveling in our group. I suppose it's a gender bias thing, but it was annoying. Nonetheless, everything went as planned and without a hitch. The drivers and guides showed up exactly when scheduled and the whole itinerary was fulfilled to the letter.

We decided to travel to Peru very last minute. I had previously used Zicasso and was very pleased with their service, so we decided to do it again. They put us in contact with our travel company in Peru. Our agent and his team immediately responded and listened to everything I would like my trip to include. He sent me the proposal very quickly. It was very informative, organized, and complete. It covered all the areas we wanted to visit.

Once in Peru, we were met by incredible guides and drivers throughout our journey. Our travel agent organized our journey in a manner that we would be acclimated to the altitude and it was great. We had no issues at all. We were able to visit the highest point on our itinerary, Rainbow Mountain, without any health concerns. All the tour guides were amazing and very friendly. Peru is a must-visit country. The people, the food, the sites are all amazing and memorable!

Zicasso’s travel advisor was very receptive to our needs for schedule changes and shifts. Every aspect of the trip went very well and as planned. Our guide was amazing and did such a great job of keeping us safe, including shifting some things around when we had an emergency. The agency also took care of the emergency really well, putting us at ease.

The only reason I gave four stars (I would have given 4.5) is that our contact person in Chile was out of the office for most of our trip and we were given an emergency number. We did have to call the emergency number and the response was great, but it was a bit frustrating that we were given a contact who was out of the office for pretty much the whole trip and we didn't quite have a face to this person or a relationship with them. Of course, everything was taken care of, so no issues.

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.

Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, it was clear every detail had been meticulously planned with care. Each hotel we stayed at acknowledged the birthday celebration, adding an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our experience. It truly made us feel special and appreciated.

The guides provided in each city were exceptional. One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing seven-course lunches with wine pairings. All the transfers between locations were seamless, with the exception of those affected by the national airline strike, which was, of course, an extenuating circumstance and beyond anyone’s control. With all the details in the itinerary handled for us in advance, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the journey without any worries or stress.

Overall, our experience with our travel company exceeded all expectations. They not only delivered on their promise of an unforgettable birthday trip, but also surpassed it with their exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients' experiences.

Once again, Zicasso chose wisely by recommending this travel company for our trip to Buenos Aires. Our agent did a wonderful job in making suggestions and answering our questions, then making sure everything went smoothly. There was never a problem. All of our guides and drivers were on time, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We've come to expect nothing less and are not disappointed.

We planned a 39-day trip to Chile and Argentina for this year.

Once we had decided to go ahead and use Zicasso’s company, we spoke with our travel agent (we live in Australia) to discuss our requirements and the places we would like to visit. He filled the 39 days to include all the places we wanted to visit, plus some at his suggestion.

We kept in touch by email, as well as in-person calls, on a number of occasions to discuss and confirm the itinerary with it being so long! We ended up with a fantastic itinerary that met all our requirements. Everything went to exactly to plan.When one of our internal flights was cancelled, we let our travel agent know. He answered straight away and let the hotels, etc, know that we wouldn't be arriving as planned.

For us, knowing our agent was available at any time of day to assist if things didn't go to plan was one of our critieria when booking the trip. He also checked in with us the night we arrived, during the trip, and when we arrived home.
