Portugal Tour Review: 2 Weeks

Another great trip in the books! Zicasso keeps hitting home runs with the travel agencies it works with. Our agency was amazing and our agents were the best!! Mid-way through our trip, we started referring to one of our agents as the Queen of Portugal because every time we mentioned her name to anyone, we received royal-plus treatment!

One other thing to note about this trip was how she and her team worked with us when we were impacted by the global IT outage at the start of our trip. As soon as she found out we would be delayed, she jumped into action and handled everything on her end to minimize, as much as possible, disruption to our trip. She even managed to navigate a Portugal train workers' strike without missing a beat!

If we make our way back to Portugal, our agency will be our first call!
