Greece Trip Review: Mykonos, Milos, Santorini, Nafplio, 12-Night Tour

We had a nice trip in spite of dealing with this travel agent. Planning was difficult with poor communication, followed by errors in documents.

Multiple problems:

1: Sent driver to airport for pickup after being told months ago that we had already had transportation arranged. Then after I sent her a documentation of our correspondence she told me I should have noticed the error in the 54 page trip plan document she had sent.

2: Guides had no information of our previous tours, so we had lots of duplicate information.

3: Santorini was a nightmare. Instructions said to meet guide at port with no indication of which port or how to get to town. Wait for cable car took over 1 hr. in extreme heat and making guide wait. Later found out going to new port with pick up in guides car would have been an option.

4: Parthenon: no consideration of our age, so had to walk over a mile just to get to Acropolis, rather than a taxi. Then an uphill hike in heat to see the Parthenon.
