Italy Luxury Vacation Review: Rome, Amalfi Coast, Local Cuisine, Winery, 10-Day Tour

Zicasso's travel partners were excellent and put together a perfect trip for my wife and me. It truly felt luxurious, was worth every cent, and I will definitely work with them the next time I visit Italy.

We didn’t have to worry about anything and the trip was entirely stress-free. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Italy to leaving, we had detailed instructions on where to be and when. These instructions were particularly helpful considering how hectic Rome could be when we were there. When unanticipated issues popped up (out of their control), both agents were immediately responsive and found solutions immediately.

Our two hotels we stayed at were excellent and seemed extremely thoughtful for our trip. Both were centrally located to all our activities, high-end, yet had a nice boutique feel to them.

All transportation arrangements were perfect. We were never sitting around waiting; our drivers were always punctual, their cars were nice and clean, and the timing was such that we got to our locations with enough time to not be stressed, yet not so early that we were sitting around doing nothing.

The activities planned were excellent. I gave the travel agents very little guidance on what I wanted to do, yet they put together a perfectly balanced blend of activities. I felt we saw the things we had to see and do, but they also included some unexpected activities that wound up being some of my favorites. The spacing of activities was also just right; we didn’t feel like we were constantly on the go, but I never found myself bored or feeling like I needed to be doing more.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with our tour operators, as you can tell from the above.
