Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had an amazing trip to New Zealand. Everything went seamlessly with the help of our Zicasso travel partner. We were provided with a lot of input and quick feedback while planning the trip. Together, we came up with a good itinerary that allowed us to see everything we wanted, as well as giving us time to relax and just enjoy the scenery. We loved being able to use the app to keep track of everything we had going on. It also allowed us to reach out to them with any needs.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most enjoyable part of our trip on the North Island was the cultural experience. We loved learning more about the Maori people and being able to take part in the cultural experience. On the South Island, we loved just how beautiful it was. It allowed us to slow down a little bit and just take in the views. Truly spectacular.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would do differently is go in the summer rather than early spring so we could enjoy some of the season’s outdoor activities.
