I would highly recommend Zicasso’s travel company to plan your New Zealand adventure! We enjoyed whirlwind travels through the country, perfect, as my husband likes to be busy every moment.

Our travel team listened to our needs and provided an itinerary that fulfilled them, with only a couple of minor changes and additions. We were fortunate with the weather during our spring trip as there were only two cancellations and we were able to alter plans accordingly. The accommodations were all quite lovely for our overnight stays and breakfast each morning, as we prefer to be on the go: learning, hiking, biking, kayaking, and touring.

We had many activities planned and experienced two transportation snafus that might have been avoided with better communication via text or email if our direct contact information had been given to the vendor involved. A New Zealand SIM card was provided for communication. However, using the SIM card, even in an old phone, would have disrupted my ongoing personal mobile service. Other travel agencies have communicated via apps, or our plan provided unlimited texting and data. I was able to send an email or text to the vendor or hotel the day prior to our activity or stay, which seemed to be effective when schedule changes occurred.
