There were so many memorable parts.  I especially liked the Cooking Class in Florence.  We shopped first in a local market and then went to the chef's home to cook (and eat!) what we bought.  We also loved the Italian Food Valley Tour.  We toured three different factories - Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Balsalmic Vinegar and Parma Prosciutto and then we were pleasantly surprised with a lunch at a beautiful, picturesque winery in Monteveglio (outside of Bologna)  where we ate and drank the best food and wine in Italy!  It was a great, great day.
