Travel Review: Luxury Solo Tour of New Zealand, Auckland, Queenstown, Rotorua, Christchurch, Franz & Fox Josef Glacier Heli Hikes

I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by this New Zealand travel agency. They provided a well prepared initial proposal (which took all the input I gave on Zicasso into account, so I could feel that it is indeed tailor-made). This initial proposal was also the main reason for me to choose this company as the prepared itinerary and the communication with them was really a whole level above what other agencies provided. The experience continued to be great during the finalisation of the itinerary and booking process. And most importantly: The trip itself was brilliant! Perfect accommodations and well selected activities. Thanks to the excellent trip information provided, also the logistics (domestic flights & train ride as well as rental car to cover both islands in 2 weeks) worked out perfectly well. For any questions that came up, my agent was always helping quickly via e-mail or phone. All in all I can simply say that this was my best vacation ever.
