I enjoyed working with this Australia and New Zealand tour company. Communication via email and pre-arranged phone calls was always timely and helpful. The agent responded promptly to my questions and thoughts. In planning the trip this tour agency blended their recommendations (which were food) along with ideas that I had for my journey.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Kayaking the Yarra River in Melourne; the city of Melbourne itself; the Great Ocean Road; the Great Ocean Ecolodge in Otway; being in Sydney for Australia Day; the Heli-hike to the Franz Josef glaciers.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Add a cople of in scheduled days so we have flexibility to reschedule events that were canceled. Rain and winds cancelled our snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef and jungle surfing at the Cape Tribulation rain forest. Our schedule was compact so we had no chance to reschedule, which was unfortunate since we travelled so far.
