Travelers and travel company members of Zicasso’s trusted community respect each others’ time and commit to replying to each other in a timely manner.
To get started :
  • Fill out a Trip Request form: Tell us your destination, services needed, and preferences in a simple form. Depending on the clarity of your needs, a travel expert from Zicasso may first get back to you online
  • Receive up to 3 personalized Trip Plans, typically within 2 - 3 business days. Each is manually prepared by experts from pre-qualified travel companies that compete for your business
  • Refine Trip Plans with travel companies as necessary. Each Trip Plan is personalized and can be modified to best meet your needs
  • Purchase most suitable Trip Plan. Indicate your commitment to purchase on Zicasso, then pay travel company directly according to their payment terms.
  • Share feedback after your trip. Help others plan better with your candid feedback on travel company and trip. To ensure integrity of reviews, only travelers who purchased on Zicasso are eligible to share their ratings and reviews
Your privacy is protected. Zicasso does not give out or sell your contact information. Communication between you and the travel companies take place over Zicasso’s online message system, so your email address is not given out. Other forms of communications, such as phone calls or emails, are encouraged but only if you decide to provide your contact information to the travel companies.
